Starting a weight loss medication (like a GLP-1) can be life-changing, but the first 90 days are often filled with questions. How do I eat when nothing sounds good? What’s the best way to stop the nausea? Am I losing fat, or just muscle?
Join board-certified surgeon Dr. Steve Siegal and registered dietitian Julie Hill for a comprehensive 60-minute masterclass on navigating your first three months on weight loss medication.
We’re cutting through the noise to give you medical insights and practical nutrition strategies so you can feel great and maximize your results.
